Travel Information

1.	All Delegates shall be received by Mayo College either at Jaipur International Airport (OR) Ajmer Train/Railway station (OR) at Mayo College Campus(If traveling by road)
2.	Jaipur International Airport is well connected to all major Indian Cities.
3.	Ajmer is well connected by rail/road with all major cities of India.
4.	All delegates shall be received on Saturday, October 10, 2009.
5.	In case the delegates are undertaking a Pre-conference tour of India, they are requested to conclude the tour at Mayo College on Saturday, October 10, 2009.
6.	In case the delegates are undertaking a Post-conference tour of India, they are requested to commence the tour from Mayo College on Friday, October 16, 2009.
7.	Luggage claim shall be the sole responsibility of the Delegates.
8.	All the timings are to be mentioned in 24 hrs. format(Indian Standard Time - GMT +5:30 Hours).
9.	Flights / Trains schedules given are subjected to change. Please refer the latest time tables or check with your travel agents.
